Atlantic Group is looking for a Lawyer with an experience in Media egencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Checking of all the advertising materials for the purpose of their correspondence to current legislation of Ukraine regulating advertising activity;
- Coordination of complicated advertising questions with state bodies;
- Preparation of agreements on transfer of intellectual property rights (from the executors) in favour of Agencies;
- Registration of agreements on intellectual property rights transfer;
- Compiling of agreements on transfer of intellectual property rights (from the Agencies) in favour of clients (customers);
- Registration of authors agreements in State department on intellectual property;
- Registration of trademarks, logos, slogans (including in accordance with International Madrid agreement);
- Registration of trademarks, logos, slogans on the territory of foreign countries;
- Legal proceedings and representation before all court instances;
- Preparation of corresponding claims and writs, explanations, petitions and conclusions with further legal support of the cases in courts;
- Legal support of execution of court decisions in state executive service;
- Representation in state executive service.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Higher education (specializing in law)
- Excellent knowledge of legislation in force, especially – economic and civil law, intellectual property law, tax law, labour law
- 3+experience on the same position in media/creative agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, e.g. negotiating, influencing, networking and team working
- Numerate and IT literate
- English (including legal drafting)
